A single estate tea grown on the banks of the Brahmaputra river in central Assam. An Assam leaf processed by machines using the CTC method (crushing/tearing/curling) which gives the perfect breakfast tea, rich and intense with a malty, slightly nutty flavour. Very suited to the addition of milk.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes just boiled water.
