We use 1 flat teaspoon for 2 tea cups, and it will re-brew a second time. Mellow and sweet taste, with good rounded flavour.

I have also tried different Chun mee from a different supplier but came back to yourselves as find it does not contain as much twigs and rubbish as other supply, Excellent tea
