Darjeeling leaf blended from high quality tea gardens. Picked during the medium and late first flush season. The leaf is medium to large and nearly black with green and white tips. The infusion is rather pale 'brassy' in colour. This blend gives a fresh taste and scent which leaves on the palate a hint of spice!
1 tsp per cup / 4-5 heaped tsp per litre in just boiled water. Infuse for 2 - 4 minutes.
