The tea plantations of Darjeeling are located at over 2000 metres in the majestic Himalayas. Our Second Flush blend, from specially selected gardens, is excellent with or without milk. The leaves and tips, which are a little uneven, produce a strong full bodied cup. Caffeine is removed gently by the CO² high pressure method in order to retain as much of the characteristic Darjeeling flavour as possible.
Use 1 level teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in just boiled water.
PLEASE NOTE: The classic full flavour of darjeeling tea is understandably reduced during decaffeination. This tea is as close to the original as it can possibly be.
