Dragonwell (Long Jing) from Zhejiang Province, is rich in Vitamin C and is one of China's favourite green teas. The long, flat, vivid green leaves are carefully hand dried by pressing them against the side of a hot wok. This procedure helps preserve the delicate sweet flavour of Dragonwell. The leaves can be infused several times.
Brewing Guide: Two level teaspoons per cup and steep for 2 minutes in 75°C water.
