An extremely rare speciality tea from Yunnan Province, China, almost entirely handmade. Immediately after withering, the still moist leaves are heated briefly with steamed milk which provides the distinctive but delicate milky flavour. Subsequently the leaves are dried and carefully hand-rolled.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 4 minutes in 90°C water.

Perfect Oolong for 'everyday' drinking with a characteristic and prominent Milky flavour to savour. Very fairly priced, and even more so due to the fact that it retains its charming flavour through the 2nd and 3rd infusions. Excellent!
