Individual early spring green tea buds are hand-tied into flower shapes (rosettes) with silk thread by skilled artisans. This special tea has a sweet mellow flavour with a wonderful lingering aftertaste.
Brew in a clear glass, wineglass or in a glass teapot and watch the rosettes turn into beautiful roses. Refill with hot water as needed. This tea will not become bitter after extended brewing time. Multiple infusions recommended.
