The Hunwal estate is located in Jorhat, State of Assam, south of the river Brahmaputra. The light altitude of up to 1.000 m above sea-level which is untypical of Assam, and the resulting cooler temperatures guarantee very rich and strong qualities due to the slow growth of the plants. This well-processed tea is from the second plucking period. It is very spicy and strong, with a distinct aftertaste.
Brewing guide:
1 tsp per cup / 4-5 heaped tsp per litre in just boiled water. Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes.
