Darjeeling Leaf Second Flush Decaffeinated - Retaining as much of the characteristic Darjeeling flavour as possible. Caffeine is removed gently by the CO² high pressure method.
Assam TGFOP1 Decaffeinated - A whole leaf black tea that offers a dark cup with a strong, malty aroma and a hint of chocolate.
China Sencha Decaffeinated - Sencha is a 'steamed tea' in the Japanese style with a very smooth and light flavour. Caffeine is extracted from this tea by the CO2 method, which leaves the flavour intact.
Brewing guide:
For China Sencha Decaffeinated - Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in 80°C water.
For Assam & Darjeeling Decaffeinated - Use 1 level teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in just boiled water.
