Often referred to as the 'Champagne of Teas, Formosa Oolong is a classic. Its large leaves unfurl to release the most delightful, rich flavour reminiscent of peaches. Due to the high quality of our example, the same leaves can be used two or even three times with no lessening of flavour.

Low in tannin.

Use 2 heaped teaspoons per cup and steep for 3 minutes in just boiled water.

    Magical tea - mixed with Keemun.

    I've been drinking this for well over 20 years - in combination with a quarter to a third Keemun. It rewards a second or sometimes third infusion, and is perfectly drinkable if those infusions are done with wet leaves left in my small pot overnight - sometimes two nights ! My morning brew is often that, or a fresh batch mixed with tea left in my mug - or any imaginable combination. No matter what I do to this tea, it's always drinkable. Also very hard water friendly. Don't let milk or sugar within a mile of this magical brew !
