White Monkey Pekoe is grown on the slopes of the Taimu Mountains, Fujian province. A mixture of young leaves and unopened buds with an evident white downy covering, gathered and processed entirely by hand on only a few days in the year. A pale green cup, smooth and mild with a hint of honey. Highly recommended.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, and steep for 1 - 3 minutes at 75°C - 80°C. Can re-use leaves 3 - 4 times.
