This beautiful hand picked green tea from Yunnan Province is wonderfully refreshing. The leaves are very large with many silver tips. Flowery, mild and slightly sweet. Highly recommended.
Use 2 heaped teaspoons per cup and steep for 3 to 4 minutes in 75° water.
This is now my normal "through the day" tea. I keep a bag at home and one at work. I usually do a second brew which is different, of course, but good in its own way. Light colour but lots of mid range punch
A strangely delicate and fulfilling tea, light with good body, one of those paradoxical experiences that keeps you going back for more.
